6 fillets of hake
6 large onions
250g raisins
4 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 capsule of saffron
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon coriander
1/2 tsp. coffee cinnamon
chopped fresh cilantro

Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Fry the hake fillets in a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
